How does BZBox pick unique kits to send to me every month?

We build your shipping queue based on the Product Quiz that you take at the beginning of your subscription. Through the responses you provide, we carefully consider your family size, product and design preferences to pick the unique kits that suit your needs.

Can I see what kits are in my shipping queue? Can I change or swap incoming product?

Yes. Just login to BZBox and see the upcoming kits queue in your customer subscription portal. If you see something in the queue that you would like to replace, you can easily swap it for something else within your plan.

What if I do not find the exact kit with specific items that I am looking for?

No problem at all. Our Build Your Own Bundle (BYOB) feature allows you to pick from hundreds of items to build a unique kit of your choice. You can buy that kit as a one time purchase or make it a subscription on its own.

Can I send BZBox as a gift (single item or subscription)?

Yes, you certainly can. Simply change the delivery address of an upcoming kit in the subscription portal.

What if I do not like the product that I have received?

Can I upgrade or downgrade plans after starting a subscription?

Currently we do not have an option to upgrade or downgrade an existing subscription from one plan to another. However you can start a new subscription in the plan of your choice and cancel the existing subscription later.

Shipping is always free with our subscription plans. If you purchase outside the subscription plan such as a one time kit or build your own bundle, free shipping is available when the order value is 45 dollars or above.

How does BZBox subscription work?

You pick a plan, subscribe and receive a BZBox every month to suit your needs. You can always view and amend what you receive. Taking the product quiz before starting the subscription loads your customized product recommendations into your subscription queue.

What if I am not ready to subscribe yet?

If you are still considering a subscription, you can make a one time purchase of any kit at full price and subscribe later whenever you are ready.

Where does BZBox ship to (US States)?

Currently we ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international locations.

Is there enough variety of products for all my needs?

BZBox offers a broad range of kits across different plan levels including school kits, arts and activity kits, home office kits and more so you receive something unique every month.

Can a small business, a pre-school or a community group subscribe to BZBox?

Yes, small businesses and community groups are welcome to subscribe. If your organization requires the same set of products each month, you can use our Build Your Own Box feature to create a customized box and start a subscription.

What if I do not want the box monthly, can you send the box quarterly once in 3 months?

Currently BZBox plans provide the best value by delivering a box every month. We do not offer a quarterly plan but you can skip upcoming shipments whenever you do not need them.
